Sleep Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1 Ahmad Tea Sleep Teabag
100 ml Hot Water
1½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder
½ Tbsp Sweetener (Honey, Sugar, Maple Syrup, etc.)
200 ml Warm Milk of Choice
1-2 Tbsp Collagen (Optional)
Instructions
1Add the teabag and hot water to a mug and leave to brew for 5 minutes
2Add the cocoa powder, sweetener and collagen (if using any) to another mug
3Mix with 1 Tbsp of hot water to create a paste, then add in the warm milk and brewed tea
4Give it a quick stir and enjoy!
