Green Tea & Raspberry Blitz Mocktail
Ingredients
4 Ahmad Tea Green Tea Teabags
300 g Caster Sugar
1 Lemon sliced into 4
6 Raspberries
15 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Lemonade
Cubed ice
Garnish: 1 Lemon, 2 Raspberries
Instructions
1Brew 4 x Ahmad Tea Green Tea teabags in 100 ml boiling water
2Mix with caster sugar in a pan over a low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved
3Allow to cool in the fridge
4Muddle raspberries and lemon together and add to a shaker with lemon juice and plenty of ice
5Shake well
6Double strain the mixture into a margarita glass and top with lemonade
7Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon slice
