Mango & Lychee Margarita Mocktail
Ingredients
50ml Mango and lychee syrup
100ml Mango and lychee cold brew
100 grams frozen mango chunks
30ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
1FOR THE MANGO & LYCHEE SYRUP:
2Brew 4 Mango & Lychee teabags in 100ml hot water
3Measure 100g white caster sugar into a pot
4Pour the tea into the sugar and bring it to a boil
5Boil until the sugar is dissolved
6Cool then pour into a container and keep in the fridge
7FOR THE MANGO & LYCHEE FROZEN MARGARITA
8Chill glass in freezer or fill with ice
9Rim glass with yellow sugar
10Measure all ingredients into a blender
11Blend until a thick mixture
12Pour into prepared glass
13Garnish with a mango wedge
