Karak Chai

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Ahmad Tea Loose Leaf English Breakfast

1 Cup (235 ml) Milk of Choice

1 Cup (235 ml) Water

1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Ginger

4-5 Cardamom Pods, Crushed

1 Cinnamon Stick

2 Whole Cloves

5 Whole Peppercorns

1-2 Tbsp Sugar/Sweetener, or to taste

Instructions

1In a saucepan, combine the milk, water, chopped ginger, crushed cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and peppercorns

2Bring the mixture to a quick boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes

3Add the Ahmad Tea Loose Leaf English Breakfast and your preferred amount of sugar or sweetener. Allow it to simmer for an additional 5 minutes

4Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy your aromatic Karak Chai!
