Mango Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
2 Ahmad Tea Mango Magic Teabags
¼ Cup Boiling Water
250 g Fat-free Greek Yogurt
250 g Frozen Mango Chunks
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
1Mix together the yogurt and maple syrup, then pour into ice cubes. Freeze for 4 hours
2Add the 2 tea bags to a mug and pour over ¼ cup (60 ml) boiling water. Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes, then discard the tea bags. Allow to cool completely
3When ready to serve your frozen yogurt, add the mango, frozen yogurt cubes and cooled brewed tea to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
4Transfer into a piping bag with a large piping nozzle. Pipe into dessert dishes and serve immediately
5Optional toppings – chopped fresh mango and pomegranate seeds
