There's no need to go apple picking to enjoy the crisp and mellow flavor of fresh apples with this tea in your cupboard. This naturally sweet, fruity black tea is a fall favorite that's delicious any time of the year hot or iced.
Tea Preparation
Water

The quality of water used has an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use freshly drawn water or filtered water. 

Temperature

Heat fresh water to a rolling boil or to a temperature of 212F using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

Infusion Time

Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea bag. Keep the teapot covered to retain heat. Time steeping carefully and infuse for 3-5 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea and lightly stir.

Caffeine Level

This black tea has more caffeine than teas in our green tea range. It's important to keep in mind that brew time accounts for the primary influence over a tea's caffeine content.

Great Apple Tea

I don’t understand the negative reviews! I love Apple Refresh (which I get with every order) and find the flavor to be a true apple without the usual fall flavors. It also makes a delicious iced tea.

Phenomenal!

This is a phenomenal tea! It is absolutely refreshing, and the apple flavor is definitely the best, truest apple flavor I've experienced in a very long time.

Lacking

As with all Ahmad tea, the base flavor is excellent. Unlike all other Ahmad teas we have had, however, this one does seem to lack something. I found the apple flavor less pronounced, and actually think the Winter Charm tea presents a better apple profile.

Tasty tea

I LOVE the taste of this tea...slight fruit flavor along with black tea aroma....I add a teaspoon of sugar and it tastes perfectly!

Not worth it. Very little apple flavor

Disappointing. This had very little apple flavor. I was hoping it would be like Fortnum & Mason Apple Tea. Not even close. I will gift my two boxes to someone else.
