Summer is at its best when peaches fill the stalls at the farmer's market. Combined with tropical passion fruit, this fruity black tea feels like summer never ends. Enjoy hot for a soothing cup or iced for a refresher.
Tea Preparation
Water

The quality of water used has an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use freshly drawn water or filtered water.

Temperature

Heat fresh water to a rolling boil or to a temperature of 212F using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

Infusion Time

Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea bag. Keep the teapot covered to retain heat. Time steeping carefully and infuse for 3-5 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea and lightly stir.

Caffeine Level

This black tea has more caffeine than teas in our green tea range. It's important to keep in mind that brew time accounts for the primary influence over a tea's caffeine content.

Love Peach & Passion Fruit

I first tasted this in a sampler. Now I buy it for my morning or afternoon fruity black tea break. It has a little fruit and a lot of zing!

My favorite tea

This is my favorite tea, both iced and hot! I love the passion fruit and peach flavors mixed together. They are subtle and light, just the right mix. I first discovered this tea when we were living in S.E.Asia and have loved it ever since.
