Enjoy Hot or Iced!
The quality of water used has an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use freshly drawn water or filtered water.
Heat fresh water to a rolling boil or to a temperature of 212F using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea bag. Keep the teapot covered to retain heat. Time steeping carefully and infuse for 5-7 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea and lightly stir.
This black tea does not contain caffeine.

Black tea with slight dosage of bergamot
Bought this in a store and, I'm not sure if there has been areformulation or what, but it has definitely improved. The first couple times I've tried this I was left very unimpressed. It was bitter, dark, and made my throat itch somewhat. Now, it's the complete opposite. It's smooth and delicate. The bergamot adds a gentle touch making it not boring and even palatable without no sugar or milk. Don't be mistaken though, this is no Earl grey. It's so faint that it might as well may not be there. But it's pleasant nonetheless.
If you like black tea without the caffeine this is your tea.Richer flavor than other brands for sure.A great tasting tea for anytime, not just the evening.

This is the tea I drink after 8PM if I don't want a flavored herbal or green tea. A good cup anytime.
