I recently received my order and was pleasantly surprised to find the additional gift of English Breakfast tea bags included—thank you for that.
However, I noticed that the gift tea bags are already past their expiration date by about two months. Also, the box is open with a broken sticker.
I also wanted to share some feedback: while I appreciate the gesture of including a gift, receiving an expired product is a bit concerning. In this case, it might actually be preferable not to include a gift rather than include one that is already past its date.
I hope you understand this feedback is meant constructively, and I would appreciate any clarification you can provide.

Our fulfillment team sometimes includes small tea gifts or surprises as a thank-you to our customers. In this case, one of those gifts unfortunately had a printed date that had passed, and we regret that this went unnoticed. Each of the six flavors is individually wrapped and each selection comes in its own box. The variety is great, each tea is distinct. Highly recommend for yourself or a gift.
This collection is a good bargain considering the quantity of tea bags you get for all the boxes included. Perfect little afternoon tea treat if you ask me.
