English Tea No.1 Tea bag Loose Leaf

This Ahmad Tea exclusive blend and best seller is a tea for all occasions and any accompaniments. More fragrant than an English Breakfast blend with less bergamot than an Earl Grey blend, this is both satisfyingly smooth and subtly fragrant. A winning combination we're sure you'll agree. Very drinkable with or without milk and very nice for tea and English biscuits.

    The Tea of Teas
By James on March 5, 2016

On a whim, I asked for black tea in a Lebanese restaurant and this was what they served me. Of course, I forgot all about it and left the tea bag in the glass for a considerable length of time and yet when I drank it, the tea itself was splendid. Naturally, I wanted to try the tea brewed properly so I ordered a 100-ct box and was blown away by the taste. I've always liked tea but this tea specifically made drinking tea a habit and not a once-in-a-while thing. I've tried several other Ahmad Teas and they're all magnificent but this is the one that delights me the most. I recommend it to everyone who likes and drinks tea and no one has ever said they dislike this tea. It's truly the tea of teas!

    Can't live without my Ahmad
By Dan Saunders on May 7, 2015

I have been drinking Ahmad tea's for a number of years. I live in Los Angeles and I discovered it by chance in a Persian market just around the corner. I cannot start my day without my two mugs of English Tea No. 1. In the late afternoon, whether I am home or at work I will have Ahmad Earl Grey. So delicious I can't describe it.

Tea drinker of English Tea no. 1
    By Angela C. P. on January 1, 2015

I love drinking teas-all types such as black, green, white and oolong. I must have at least 30 to 40 different teas in my collection. I generally do not like bergamot, however, the flavor of this tea is exquisite. It is clean, refreshing and so delicious. I received this tea as a gift and now I'm addicted. I absolutely love it!

Opened my eyes to the world of tea
By Hayley on September 23, 2014

Being introduced to English No. 1 opened my eyes to the world of tea. Before this I was indifferent to tea and thought they all taste the same but I love this blend so much nothing else compares anymore. The subtle citrus tones complete it.

    Very smooth
    By Jean B on September 22, 2014

I have long been a fan of traditional 'English Breakfast' tea - but Ahmad Tea's English Tea No. 1 is a delicious improvement on an old favorite. It is a mellow blend with no harsh or bitter taste. Very smooth - a perfect compliment to your morning biscuits or afternoon cup and scone!
